This update is just centered around level 2

Added

• Level 2 added 
• a reskin of the mud parts to make a snow area
• edited movement for snow and ice 
• edited the stats of the spill movement
• made the spill movement last longer
• made the spill bigger (from x2 of original size to x3)
• added the spill tag so that it actually works (sowwy for that)
• did some  editing on the menues

level 2 might cause lag because of how big it is, i will try to get rid of some trees and make the area around it smaller if it does
