Added controls menu.

Added a thank you screen that replaces the set your name and the online leaderboard screen in easy mode.

Split up Control and Credit (Formerly known as info) menu into 2

Added a set your own starting speed thingy to the control menu (lets you choose between 0 - 5 where 0 is the default)

Made the lights infront of the ball rotate as you go towards the sides (might be a bit buggy at high speeds)

lowered the spawn rate of the Power ups
