Decided to do a early access of a somewhat working version of this update with around half of the planned content in it

this is mainly to get a response on how the now more random borders feels and on the 2 new events i've added so far (nuked and colapsed)

it's set at a 2.5 usd price to keep it from having too many players since i won't be giving too much support to it and the save files won't be compatible with any other version, both earlier and future.
