  • Hurricane disaster sub even
  • Disasters has a lower chance of happening in default mode
  • Chance of disasters happening slowly increases during the game
  • Annex can no longer interact with special province types

  • Fixed how the game looks if union split is posible
  • Changed how normal split chooses 2 of it's 6 candidates for it's main 2 points
