New Smaller Select Country Menu (Single left click)
When detailed select country menu (Doubble left click) is open you only need to click once to change country
Fixed X button in select country menu being a bit un aligned to the frame
New internal "Pre War" map
Invasions are faster if one of the 2 countries fighting for a pixel has that pixel as a "prewar" pixel
New "At Hight of power" tab in the select country menu
Country now saves
Changed map visual "shiny" levels
Added the games Height map as a height map on the globe
