No july update

First of, mac alpha 3 has been "canceled" as alpha 3.1 is nearly done and I'm having a few issues with making the alpha 3 mac port, so will just skip alpha 3 for mac and make a 3.1 mac build instead.

2ndly i will not post a update this month, that means alpha 3 will become free and alpha 4 will release in the end of august instead of end of July.

this is for 2 main reasons, the smaller reason is that i have a lot of things i want or need to do in July such as a bunch of birthday parties and wanting to attend Stockholm pride.

the bigger reason is that most important thing to add to the game such as country name texts on the maps, reducing lag and a bunch of events and better peace treaties with less border gore require me to add more data maps, specifically subdivision map will allow so much more to be done for the game, so I've decided to fully focus 100% on the subdivision map for this entire month (as soon as I'm done with the alpha 3 bug patch).
