Alpha 4 Pre release 1

This pre release is sadly windows only

The stuff i worked on during all last month and most of this month is still far from done which is why this doesn't seem like 1 and a half months worth of work

• Scenarios / Custom map Support
• New map selection menu
• Removed buttons for country type and size and replaced with each map being its own thing
• New experimental menu
• New Language menu
• New links menu
• Discord button
• Scenario button
• button for fun/joke language not added yet
• 20 Tags for easier map selection
• Changed camera view and movement for flat map
• Renamed the continents menu to "options" within the map selection menu
• Moved map shape option to the map options menu
• Divided the base game maps into 12 maps

THE MAP Folder is at

C:/Users/[Your computer account name]/Appdata/LocalLow/Lizzycat/ER3/Scenarios

easiest way to find it is to replace the entire folder location with "%appdata%

then go back one file into the appdata file

then enter local low, then lizzycat, then ER3 and then Scenarios
