Alpha 4 Pre release 2

• Flat map camera can now zoom in further
• Quit button in main menu
• Quit button in game now takes you to main menu
• Fixed game reading country names from internal country list instead of map country list
• Game now supports having custom start dates in custom maps

To add your own starting date in your custom map add a file called "Date.txt" and write in it "Day:Month:Year" this file is not required to have in your maps and if it's not included the game will continue just using the current day as the start date
